If you know me, you know that I think it’s important for a person to have a career she/he really enjoys.

So, the question: Is it important to you to have a career you love and enjoy? Why or why not?

To me it is, I mean I will be doing my job for the vast majority of my life. Who says it all has to be “work”? Even if I don’t make as much money as I like at least I’ll be happy.. Plus if I love doing it, I’m sure I can find a way to capitalize.

Yes otherwise you’ll have plenty of days where you feel like me… unfulfilled and miserable! Good thing the job I have now isnt a career and just for money stackin purposes!

I think that being happy should always be a person priority as oppsed to being rich!

It’s definitely important. I’ve come to realize that happiness and contentment in a career affects everything about you. If your in a career that you don’t love and/or enjoy, you wind up being miserable. It ends up sucking all the creativity and joy out of you. On the flip side, doing what you love and enjoy results in pure joy, satisfaction and peace in knowing that you are doing what you were put on this earth to do.

    Yes.

This is a place where I’m obligated to spend at least 40 hours of my life each week. That’s too much of my time to be spent wasting on something that I can’t enjoy.

YES! Otherwise you will not be happy. I mean, any job or career will have it’s moonets, but at least with the career that you are meant for you will be building a legacy. With a job you just log hours and get a retirement package and if you are luck plaques and pins after a certain number of years. A career is where it’s at for sure.

Yes, it is a priority for myself to have a profession I can wake up excited to go to work for. I can make a difference for someone or two or even three persons a day. I love what I do & that keeps a smile on my face and joy in my heart!
