Judge Harry Rice postponed a ruling after a probable cause hearing on April 2 concerning charges that Blackwell obstructed an officer and made terroristic threats. Rice presided over the hearing and said he will rule in a few days after studying the evidence. The case could ultimately reach Hart County Superior Court if Rice finds probable cause.
