3. Learn to tell people no. It may be a little awkward starting out, but trust, you’ll feel better in the long run when you’re plate isn’t overflowing.

5. Rank your “to-dos”.

 

Rank each item on your to do list with an A, B or C. ‘A’ means it absolutely must be done today; ‘B’ means you would like for it to be done; and ‘C’s are things that don’t matter that much. *Hint: don’t put too much thought into it, if you do, you may not get things done.*
